Privacy Policy
How Secure Signals Pro handles customer, order and support information. Last updated 12 July 2026.
Information collected
We may collect the information you provide when enquiring about or purchasing a membership, contacting support or participating in a member community.
Name and contact details
This may include your name, email address, country and telephone or WhatsApp number.
WhatsApp and community information
This may include the number used to request access, messages you send to support and information required to confirm your identity within the relevant member community.
Order information
This may include the selected membership, order reference, payment status and access-verification record.
Trading preferences
If you choose to provide them, we may process your market interests, trading experience and support preferences to deliver the relevant service.
Payment data
Full card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored directly by Secure Signals Pro. We may receive limited payment information such as status, amount, date, provider reference and card type.
How information is used
- To process and verify payments and orders.
- To provide the correct community and membership access.
- To answer customer-support, complaint and privacy enquiries.
- To communicate service, access and trade-management information.
- To prevent misuse, payment fraud and unauthorised access.
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations where applicable.
Email marketing should only be sent where there is an appropriate lawful basis and an unsubscribe method.
Data retention
Website support messages are stored in a restricted owner inbox and normally retained for up to 12 months. They are automatically removed during normal use of the messaging system after that period. Security rate-limit records are short-lived. Some information may be kept longer where required for an unresolved complaint, legal claim, fraud prevention, accounting or an applicable legal duty.
Customer rights
Depending on applicable law, customers may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of personal information, and to complain to the relevant data-protection authority. Some information may need to be retained where a legal obligation or legitimate legal reason applies.
Contact information and policy updates
Privacy enquiries may be submitted through the Support Centre or emailed to securesignalspro@gmail.com. This policy may be updated when website technologies, providers or business practices change.
This policy is a clear website draft, not legal advice. It must be reviewed against the actual business identity, lawful bases, processors, retention schedule and international transfers by a qualified UK privacy professional before launch.
