Service description and age requirement

Secure Signals Pro provides trading signals, market analysis, educational information, private community access and member support according to the selected package. Basic and Standard customers place their own trades. VIP is described as a managed-account service using customer-provided trading capital. Ultimate VIP is described as a team-funded managed service. Customers must be at least 18 years old.

Basic and Standard signals, analysis and support are provided for general information and educational purposes. Customers should consider obtaining independent professional advice before making financial decisions.

VIP and Ultimate VIP are subject to eligibility, broker or platform permission, identity checks, written authorization and separate service terms. Customers must never provide passwords or unrestricted account credentials through an insecure channel.

Customer responsibility, financial results and trading risk

Basic and Standard customers remain responsible for their trading decisions, position sizes, leverage, stop losses, account security, broker selection and whether to follow a signal. VIP customers provide the trading capital and remain exposed to partial or total trading loss, even where trades are managed by the team.

Ultimate VIP customers do not provide the team-funded trading deposit. The membership fee remains payable, service access may be conditional, and no profit, payout, availability or financial outcome is guaranteed. Separate written terms must explain ownership, account access, allocation of gains and losses, withdrawal conditions and termination.

Secure Signals Pro does not guarantee profit, winning trades, income or any particular financial result.

Trading can result in partial or total loss of trading funds.

Membership access

Access is provided after successful payment and verification through the stated WhatsApp process using the registered email address and order reference. The duration and inclusions displayed at checkout form part of the order. Customers must follow community rules and keep access credentials and invitation links private.

Access may be suspended or removed for abuse, fraud, unauthorised sharing, serious or repeated rule breaches or conduct that harms members, staff or the service. Where reasonable, the customer will be told why and given an opportunity to respond.

Payments

Published package prices are one-time prices unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Package payments are handled through the linked ANNA checkout pages, which may apply separate provider terms. An order is not confirmed until payment succeeds and confirmation is issued.

Failed payments do not create membership access. Customers should contact support about duplicate or disputed charges before starting a chargeback where possible, without limiting any rights they have with their bank or card provider.

Digital access and refunds

Digital membership purchases are normally treated as final after access to the selected membership or private community has been supplied. Refunds are not normally provided for change of mind, unused access, trading losses, failure to use the service or dissatisfaction with trading outcomes. This does not affect statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Intellectual property

Website content, signal formats, branding, images, educational resources and community material belong to Secure Signals Pro or the relevant rights holder. Membership does not transfer ownership. Content may not be copied, republished, resold or commercially exploited without permission.

Community conduct and termination

Customers must not share private signals publicly, resell access, behave abusively, impersonate another person, commit payment fraud or share an account without authorisation. Serious or repeated breaches may result in suspension or removal, subject to statutory rights and the circumstances of the breach.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Secure Signals Pro is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, broker issues, internet failures, delayed notifications, market movements or decisions made by customers using the information supplied. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law and review

The correct UK governing-law and court-jurisdiction clause must be inserted after the operating business identity and location are confirmed.
